Personal Approach to Counselling
Sandra works collaboratively and respectfully with clients to help them achieve their goals in therapy. Sandra believes that all behaviour is communication. Her work with clients involves helping them listen to what their behaviour is telling them about themselves and others. Together, Sandra and her clients explore their experiences to help identify what their responses and reactions reveal about their values, beliefs, and preferences.
