Anxiety

Anxiety is a common experience. However, when it gets to be too overwhelming it can interfere with your daily functioning. At Senta, treatment is available for a wide range of anxiety from nervousness, shyness, stress, social anxiety, panic attacks, specific phobias and fears. At Senta Counselling Services we use effective Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as a key part of the treatment of your anxiety.

Depression
If you are feeling frequently hopeless, unmotivated, down, sad, or if the future is looking bleak, you may benefit from counselling to help you feel like yourself again. Life can be hard to cope with on your own, and seeking counselling at this time is a step in the right direction towards lifting your depression. Counselling will also provide support for the symptoms of depression and anxiety common to long-term injury and illness. Re-Learning Inter-Partner Touch
Touch is one of the most fundamental ways to show love and affection to your partner. When couples are having difficulties touching, they feel less connected to their partner and less satisfied with their relationship. In counselling together you and your partner will understand what  is currently blocking the two of you from connecting through touch. You will be able to rekindle intimacy through relearning safe touch.
